Guests per apartment

Both two bedroom apartments can sleep four.
Both two bedroom apartments are suitable for two or four adults; however there is only one bathroom in each apartment. Many couples travelling together prefer to take both apartments.
One bedroom Apartment - can sleep a maximum of Two only.

Apartment Four (Town House) Maximum of 6 guests - no bathroom downstairs for sofa bed room

Children

We offer quality accommodation and expect that our guests with children will respect the standard that we provide.

Extra Charges

Two Bedroom Apartments

Extra charges apply when both bedrooms are used @ $20 per extra adult, $15 per child

Damages/Cleaning

A high standard is provided for our visitors and we expect our guests to leave the apartment as they found it, in order that others can enjoy the same quality. If extra cleaning is required, over and above what is expected, an extra charge for cleaning will be made to your credit card. Costs will also apply for damaged property.

Noise

If leaving early or arriving late, please consider other guests.

Lost and Damage

Items left behind will be kept for 3 months. Guests will be contacted re items of value
and arrangements made for their return.These can be returned to guests via COD procedure.

Deposits & Full Payments

We are unable to Accept Amex Card.

A deposit if 1 night's accommodation for all bookings is necessary to secure the booking. We accept MasterCard/Visa Card .If paying by chequer it is necessary to make contact by telephone 61 - (03)- 5755 1465. The balance of monies will be deducted on the due date of your arrival from your credit card with which you paid your deposit. If you prefer to pay by some other method or other credit card please advise us before your arrival. . If paying a deposit via bank transfer, a credit card number will need to be provided to go on file for a guarantee and the balance of accommodation to be paid 10 days before arrival. If paying via cheque the balance is required 10 days before arrival.

Cancellation; Refunds

If 14 days or more notice is given, your deposit will be refunded less a $30 booking fee. In peak periods such as Christmas, New Year; January, March & April, Special Events and Long Weekends 30 days notice is to be given. Any days cancelled have to be rebooked IN FULL. Every effort is made to rebook cancellations. Please note that the booking fee is payable after any deposit payment.

If less than 14 days notice your deposit will be forfeited unless the apartment can be rebooked in full. If it is rebooked the deposit will be refunded less a booking fee of $30.

If the Apartment is not rebooked in full your deposit will be forfeited and the balance payable.

Non arrival the full amount of your booking is payable.

No refunds will be given for any cancellations after check in.

Minimum Night Bookings

There is a minimum of two nights stay, however there are other minimum nights for special events and periods during the year - please refer to availability calendar.
Single midweek nights may be available upon request.
Single nights cannot be booked online.

Check In and Check Out Times

Check in Time is from 2.00pm
Check out time is 10.00am on the day of your departure. Should you wish to stay a little longer; every effort will be made to assist you.

Smoking

Westwood Lodge is a smoke free inside the apartments. Guests can smoke outside using ashtrays which are provided.

Pets

Apart from guide dogs we are unable to accommodate pets.
